Meditation & Stress Reduction, it’s good for us on so many levels. I have been practising meditation and teaching it in groups for over 25 years.

I am currently teaching mindfulness and meditation to a group in the voluntary sector, who have experienced drug and alcohol issues.

Its a lovely practice to have in our lives and it very much enables us to help manage the stresses and strains of everyday life.
