I am moving this old page from the website here – as its not so up to date any more.

Just so people can have a look at it though if it’s of interest to them .

I have always worked with people. Starting 40 plus years ago as a General Nurse, followed by my Degree as a mature student, single parent (no mean feat for this Dyslexic Mystic). Then working as a Project worker in the Voluntary Sector, with specific Groups of people e.g. Homeless people, Lone Parent Families, as a Drug worker, then a Counsellor and Energy Healer these last 24 years.

I have a special interest in understanding and working with people who have experienced Trauma and or had a difficult early start to life. I have worked with C&YP and Adults in various different settings as an employed Counsellor and as a self employed Counsellor.

I have also trained in Shamanic Practice and in Reiki, these experiential energy trainings are an integral part of who I am and they influence and underpin all of my work. I also understand IFS as a contemporary Spiritual Practice.
