These early attachment wounds and later life Trauma often result in C-PTSD complex – post traumatic stress disorder and accompaning soul loss.
Working together respectfully with different parts of you we can negotiate change and re build relationship of part to Self and Part to the Adult you.
One of the goals in IFS is to be leading a more Self led life, not a parts led life.
