Let’s start at the very begining…It’s a very good place to start….Rest, Relax,Repair, there is magic here, within this place.

Finding the pause button… the magic begins….PS there is more than one way to access this..let’s begin with rest, relax, repair.

Just right here right now, that’s a pause. A begining, a place to begin to rewire our brain. Allowing new neurons to fire.

Neurons that fire together wire together-

via wikipedia -“Neurons that fire together, wire together.” – Donald Hebb. This is why the practice of gratitude can be so powerful. Neuropsychologist Donald Hebb first used this phrase in 1949 to describe how pathways in the brain are formed and reinforced through repetition.

Rest Relax Repair, there is magic here, within this place.

Depending on your focus, your gateway or lense, your way of understanding what’s going on right here right now, there will be different ways of locating the pause button.

Are you looking through a NeuroScience lense?

Or is it a Spiritual Lense?

Maybe it’s a Psychological lense?

Or a Shamanic Lense?

It will definately be a Creative lense……

and it can be more than one lense at any time.

This gateway, this starting point, this lense, they all have something in common.

They all come from the place of Creation, a place of co- creation with something much bigger than ourselves Self in IFS, or a Spiritual place.

In Shamanism it’s the Void, the unseen rhealms, the place beyond worlds where there new beginings are crafted.

In neuroscience it’s connecting to a mindfullness, a pause deep within in our Nervous system.

In all cases after we find our way through this creative Gateway, we are in a place of Rest, Relax, Repair, there is magic here, within this place.

It doesn’t matter how you find your way here..each way is perfect,right here right now.

It’s a place of possibility, of creation, of manifestation, a place of beginings.
