Relax, Rewind, Repair

Wow, Relax, Rewind, Repair- we had such fun in yesterdays groupwork, this my first event for a wee while.

3 beautiful souls from all over Fife joined me via eventbrite- to Relax, Repair, Rewind.

What a fabulous journey it was.

It’s a small intimate space at 58 Bonnygate Coworking and Community hub, Cupar, Fife, Maximum 4 people.

So much gratitude to my Sacred Guides and Helpers of the Light, it went sooo well.

I forgot to take pictures, but its not really that important.

After opening sacred space and inviting in the Dragons, Angels and ArchAngels, and Unicorns to assist us.

We enjoyed a guided visualisation/meditation to a place of magic.

We met a helper/guide.

Then we made a magical energetic exchange, by finding something within or around us we didn’t need to carry anymore (like an emotion, a thought or feelings) and exchanged it with the help of the guide/helper, we had met previously aka the shopkeeper. They helped perform the exchange and we recieved in return the gift we had choosen from the magic shop shelves.

Before taking it home, we took some time to stay beautifully, mindfully present soaking in/ immersing ourselves in the Divine light and energy present.

Enjoying these gifts & energies or qualities we were offered for our best and highest good….

Being totally immersed in flow.

Coming gently back to now, present time..gently gently, re awakening…

And knowing we can return here anytime and be within the magic of these energies and repeat the exchange as often as required.

Magical indeed!

Then there was time to share our discoveries and exchanges and after a cup of tea.

There was opportunity to make something to remind us of the gift we received.

Participants made cards and labels for themselves, decorated as they wish, with hearts, with messages, or drawings.

So much fabulous creativity was around ( again thats totally being in flow and helping our Brain relax, make new neurons fire and change old patterns, thoughts and beliefs!! Actually arn’t we the Magical ones.

Then there were oracle cards to choose from at the end with some great messages of confirmation for some participants.

Then homeword bound. .

Thanking the Dragons, the Angels, , the AA and the Unicorns. and all other Guides and Helpers of the Light for there assistance.

But also thanking ourselves for showing up, for gifting ourselves the gift of presence and taking the time, to help ourselves co-create more Magic within and around us.
