Energy Healing is just as important to me as a practice as Internal Family Systems (IFS). I offer different types of Energy Healing both in person and by distance.
The three main types of Energy Healing on offer are:
Reiki
Shamanic Reiki
ISET Energy Healing.
Reiki~
Translates as Universal Life Energy. I have been practicing this wonderful treatment for over 20 years and have trained and been attuned to a few different Reiki Modalities.
However, I am offering USUI Reiki, which was the first one I trained in. I am a Reiki Master.
Clients remain fully clothed and can be lying on a treatment bed or on a chair. Reiki can be delivered hands on or hands off, you decide. A session typically lasts around 50-60 minutes.
Some people feel, heat or cool energy, some see colours, some don’t experience anything at all.
This doesn’t mean its not working. I can always feel the Reiki energy flowing towards you.
Shamanic Reiki
A Shamanic Reiki session would be based on a regular Reiki session, but with Shamanic input. e.g. I might include using sacred rattles or feathers to enable the clearing of different energies, within your 4 body system.
I have several different Shamanic trainings as well and began this training in 2014, with Mark & Claudia at the Edinburgh Shamanic Centre. I went on to complete an Advanced Shamanic Training year, with The Little Red Drum and Carrie Day.
Since then- I have completed several shamanic courses with Carrie Day (including Constellation work, which can be similar to IFS) and also different Shamanic Courses with Fi & Fotoula at the ISIS school of Holistic Health, in Glasgow.
ISET Energy Healing
I trained with Fi & Fotoula more recently in this wonderful Energy Healing practice. It is Eygptian in origin and was a gift to Fotoula from the Goddess ISET. (Isis).
These sessions are more of an intuitive process with high vibrational vibes.
As I type here I am aware of all the different energies flowing in and around me.
Like they are popping in to say Hello! Which is lovely.
Similar to a Reiki or Shamanic Reiki session, clients lie of a treatment bed or sit on a chair,and the energy is received by them via my connection with it.
Sessions last 50-60 minutes.
These sessions are mainly in person, but may be by distance, prior to an initial zoom chat to explore if this is suitable.

A Testimonial for Energy Healing by distance
Firstly heart chakra pulsing then it moved down to solar plexus/sacral, then back up again towards the heart. Quite noticably came in waves, causing a pulse or vibration at each chakra.
